After completing his degree in Psychology at London Guildhall University, Tom began casual work with a recruitment agency in London. Impressed by his diligence and attitude, the agency offered him a permanent position, launching his recruitment career.

Tom subsequently joined a Finance and Accountancy agency where he mastered his craft, developing a comprehensive understanding of the commitment required for recruitment success. He learned to analyse each vacancy in detail while thoroughly establishing the requirements of both clients and candidates.

Following several years in London, Tom relocated to Manchester and established his own Finance and Accountancy recruitment agency. His decision to diversify across multiple sectors broadened his expertise significantly, from exploration and geology roles in the African mining industry to more localised positions. This experience reinforced his belief that no assignment is too large or too small, fostering an unwavering drive to match exceptional candidates with outstanding clients.

With extensive knowledge of targeted headhunting and an impeccable track record, Tom brings passion and expertise to his role as Recruitment Manager, ensuring every process receives the highest level of care and attention.

Outside the office, Tom enjoys playing tennis and padel as well as having a voracious appetite for good food.
